    Delighted to receive Henry Pet - Immaculate condition with all new accessories. Had a problem with delivery as the courier decided it was a "heavy" item and required a specialist ( really? it's just a hoover ) - Seller is Top Notch 5 stars! Excellent pricing, amazing machine that sucks like crazy! I'm very happy and highly recommend this seller to others :-)

    Arrived as described and well packaged. However on inspection the unit had clearly been opened previously by someone who didn't know what they were doing and they caused irreparable damage to both the eject mechanism and record head.
