    The product took a while to arrive, and the packaging was slightly damaged. There was also a small scratch on the item. However, the seller was very responsive and offered a full refund or a discount if I chose to keep it. I opted to keep the item, and overall, I’m satisfied with the experience. Would recommend this seller for their excellent customer service.

    The quality, price, and shipping were good. One issue is that I received the wrong length the first time. I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax. I know it's a small amount and hopefully just an oversight and not a regular policy.

    This groupset arrived exactly as represented in the photos and was brand new. The seller was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions both pre and post sale -- the person responding actually had detailed bike knowledge and isn't just some reseller. I'll always check their shop when I need something else.

    OEM fork was packaged nicely and shipped promptly. The brake hose clamp had fallen off. The seller responded to my message super fast and shipped an extra out to me the same day. Top notch service and excellent pricing!

    USPS in their infinite wisdom decide to reject my package from being delivered to my address. Was unable to get redirected back to me after it was rejected. spoke with Seller and informed the situation. Processed refund. Awesome Seller! Thank you!

    Item is as described and as posted.Brand new and in original packaging, accessories included. I loved that all important dimensions and information about the frame are all attached in the description tab. Great price! Super fast and prompt shipping!! Highly recommended Ebayer!!!
