  Thank you for the really nice cabinet. It was packaged nicely but the glass was broken during shipping. The seller discounted the cost for the glass replacement. Excellent customer service and communication. I will gladly purchase from again. The seller is an A+ seller whom is a professional and a great asset to eBay.

  This purchase was such a great idea. Love our bench- it was easy to set up, great quality while being easy to carry, and arrived so quickly and very well packaged! It honestly seemed too good to be true when we made the order since so many reclaimed wood items are out of our price range, but what do you know it was the real deal at a price we could afford.   Shipping fast, Packaging superb wrapped in quilted backing, bubbled wrapped storiform around inside of box bottom and top, all with a box inside a box. Item 10 times better than described Value extremely well priced Chuck was a pleasure to do business with. I would absolutely recommend The Grainery to anyone looking for the unusual and items rare and hard to find, I could not be happier and even happier I decided to purchase, my biggest concern was damaged Chuck assured safe arrival.   Attempted to contact this seller to discuss careful packaging arrangement for rare vintage item. Seller ignored first message and only sent this on follow up 'We do our best to ensure items arrive safely'. I followed up again asking for an explanation of packaging process. No response. Next thing I knew, items were shipped without photos of explanation of how they pack. Not good enough, considering I spent more than $300 USD and they have to go to Australia.
