    The items were as depicted & described. They arrived 2 days early & were very well packaged. Seller was certainly careful about packing. Would certainly buy from this seller again. Sellers should always include pertinent dimensions- this seller did, & it can keep buyers & sellers from wasting time with preventable back & forth.

    Item as described. Very pristine condition. Birthday present for friend. Seller used birthday paper! Shipping a little slow IMO. Purchased 4-05, delivered 4-15. Shipped from PA 4-8 (last update). No tracking until 4-13 when it arrived in OR (no bad weather reports). Delivered 4-15. Asked about tracking when ordered and was told full tracking whether shipper was USPS or FedEx. Was sent "Freeship" thru FedEx Economy. Wld have paid extra for better tracking. WLD recommend seller. She was great.

    Hi there, I'm so sorry that shipping took so long. Sometimes fedex is slow, so maybe they should change their name to fedslow. That doesn't have quite the same ring though. I am glad that the teapot made it there though, and hopefully it is brightening the home of your friend. :)

    Packed with intention and care. I was concerned ordering stoneware but exceeded my expectations. What I received also exceed the description and condition. These felt and looked barely used if all. I appreciate the honest description and not trying to oversell. Quick shipping and a great price given the free shipping and effort reflected in the packing.

    Items were exactly as described. The items were packed extremely well, but one bowl was broken during shipping. This seller promptly issued a refund for the broken item. I'm very satisfied with the price of these hard-to-find bowls.
