    Item arrived promptly and well wrapped/ The book was n Good condition as described -- and a real bargain at this price. The seller also provided tracking details with Royal Mail and email updates to confirm despatch, due delivery time and when deliver had been made -- all of which was very much appreciated.     Item arrived on time. Item was in very good condition as described. It was well packaged for protection in transit but package split open slightly in transit at one corner. Item was a good price and postage was free. Value for money. Good communication with each step. Would recommend this seller.

    Item was dispatched FAST - packaging was POOR - condition was SLIGHTLY DAMAGED - price was EXCELLENT - seller communication EXCELLENT - Received a partial refund due to damage - the condition of books is somewhat of a lottery, and the packaging doesn't provide much protection, however, it must be said that customer service is excellent, and they do all they can to try to resolve problems. Due to great prices and great customer service would use again in the future B+

    I ordered this item along with 2 other items, but when the package arrived, the cardboard envelope had been poorly-sealed and this item was missing from it (either that or it had not been packed). I contacted the seller to inform them that the item hadn’t arrived and they responded quickly, with a sincere apology, and posted me a replacement item out the next day. Thank you very much. Mistakes can happen, so I would definitely buy from you again. Great customer service! 😊

    Book arrived very quickly and well-packaged. It wasn't in the described condition so I contacted the seller. They got back to me quickly, were very apologetic and the issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it very well so no issue with buying from them again.
