  Seller sent wrong item - correct item was sent. Instead of a return label they asked I reuse the envelope and write 'return to sender' on the label so they wouldn't have to pay postage on the return. Cheap at best and possibly fraud. In the end after much messaging and arguing with me, they refunded cost of postage (£1.55).
