A refund was Issued, with the NEW BEARS Novelty Watch being discounted for not being the one in the post. Communication was quick and painless, with problems being solved and both parties satisfied.     Item was not quite as pictured/described - received a different model with very minor differences. Would have been fine except I needed one with a specific strap that this model did not have. Fast shipping, good communication, easy return. Good seller.
