  The watch is brand new as described. The manufacturer warranty card has been stamped as expected and the packaging is complete. International shipment done w/o any delay. Appreciated the option given to pay VAT, taxes and custom fees for UK delivery either upfront at shipment or at delivery (I selected the latter, no problems). Reasonable ETA which happened to be faster than advertised. Really good value for a brand new watch from a previous model year. Will buy again with this seller.

  Great seller, watch shipped immediately and packaged neatly. Item as described. Shipping slightly on the expensive side but reasonable due to the pricing of the watch. Took approx 2.5 weeks to arrive (USA to AUS). Will definitely purchase from here again, thanks a heap!

  First off, the communication is AMAZING. I thought I was going to have a problem with the postal delivery but turns out they got the sunnies delivered. When I contacted Watchgooroo, they responded asap and assured me it would be worked out. The sunglasses are beautiful much better looking than the pictures. So thank you for such amazing service.   Fast shipping and packed well. New in box and very good value and quality. Photo in listing does not reflect true lens color as they are much darker. Seller responded to all questions.

  Watch was exactly as described, and what I was looking for. Pricing was very fair. Fast shipping, arrived well packaged with warranty card. However, the watch wasn't running. I asked seller what I should do. Didn't hear back after 4 days, so took to a local Luminox dealer. They said battery was dead and charged me $35 for replacement. Messaged seller, after two days they said they would credit me $20 if I contacted them first. Summary-great product and shipping, mediocre service after sale.

  As advertised, it looks like a good quality watch that I bought for a great price. It came in a new name brand retail box with tags, & watch was wrapped in new protective wrapping, so it definitely wasn't used, it's brand new, just like advertised. The watch looked better in person than the pictures showed, I am very pleased.
