  I apologize to the seller for my ignorance with ebay messaging. Thank you so much for being gracious and helping me with this process. I ordered a brand-new cd book set. I was surprised with the packaging - it arrived in 2 flimsy, soft plastic-like envelopes. The set is dented. The seller lived up to their positive rating and will make it right, which really impresses me.

  Please know, I have a poor understanding of ebay messaging. Even tho the cd set arrived as described, I am very impressed with the seller. The seller contacted me immediately and wants to make it right. From what I can tell, I cannot delete this review, unless the seller sends me a "revision request".

  The shipping was fast. Packaging was very, very good. The item was as described and I love how it works! I noticed my half gallon milk cartons were getting kind of flimsy so I was looking for a holder. I didn’t want to use plastic so I looked for some metal ones. This is exactly the type I wanted thank you so much. I love it!
