    The item was packed in its original box wrapped in clear plastic and then the entire piece was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a white box with security tape on the top, bottom and around the sides. It was then sent via FedEx. It arrived safely and undamaged. I would recommend this seller to anyone else and I would buy from them again, very good communication with the seller.

    Extremely fast shipping, packaged very well, and my figure was as described (brand new). Be aware that Square-Enix does not package Ifrit well. Both horns broke off during shipping (not the seller's fault). But I was able to glue them back on. No problems. Seller gave great communication. Great value for my money. Five stars.

    A+ seller. Item arrived in perfect condition, and excellent packaging. Very fast shipping, and very responsive seller. Had a issue with tracking number and they responded immediately and fixed it. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

    Very fast shipping, good packaging condition, they looked exactly as described. Great customer service. The price was a little on the high end, but it is expected for this type of items. Would visit this vendor in future if I find anything I am interested in.

    I received the package this morning. It shipped fast and got here early. The acrylic stands were each wrapped individually, with their original stickers on the original packaging, and then doubly wrapped. I got exactly what the listing showed. I think it was a reasonable price for a set of collectible items.
