  Ordered almost two weeks ago. Emailed seller twice for an update and radio silence. Was supposed to receive my package by yesterday (7/18) but it’s still not at USPS (even though the tracking number was created almost 10 days ago). Read the reviews of this seller and apparently this is a common thing. Buyer beware.

  Printer was damaged prior to shipping, as it had been taped to try and minimize the damage. It also came without software or a manual. None of this was detailed in the item description. I also couldn’t reach the seller about trying to change the delivery address—and I never received a reply, even after the printer was shipped, to apologize for us not connecting. The only positive was that shipping was quick, and the printer was packaged well.
