  Item exactly as described and arrived packed well against potential damage during shipping. Despite being priced lower than most competitors, item is of great quality and comparable to those priced higher, meeting the posted details of its condition--looks GREAT! Communication with seller was exceptional and they were very diligent in tracking the item until it arrived safely to me. Highly recommend this seller--A+++ in my book!   Shipping was good. Packaging was perfect to keep my fragile item safe from breakage. My item was adorable as described and pictured and even cuter in person. It was a good value for the price I paid. I recommend this seller. Thank you very much!

  Unfortunately, one of the chicks in this diorama egg arrived with a broken leg. The seller was very understanding and immediately remedied the situation. She refunded the entire cost of the item plus shipping and said not to return it. How generous of her! I'm so impressed. She took a potentially negative situation and turned it into a positive. I highly recommend this seller and look forward to doing business with her again sometime in the future.
