  My GPU arrived well packaged and honestly in much better condition than I was expecting. It looked brand new, as you can see in the photo. Unfortunately, I made an error in my research and the card ended up being too big for my case (100% my fault, nothing to do with the seller). They responded very quickly when I reached out and they accepted my return request no problem. 10/10 would buy from them again.

  Arrived in what I would consider ahead of time delivery. Due to the very well thought out packing job by the seller, it managed to arrive completely un-damaged even though the US postal service tried their best to bend it in half. Exactly what I wanted, exactly what I ordered, and a very good price for it as well. Seller even went through the effort to clean off thermal paste before shipping. 10/10. 100% saving this seller. Thank you!

  Package arrived quickly, and the items were as described. Packaging, on the other hand, was terrible. The cooler arrived with bent cooling fins. Just dumped in the box (a very weak box on its 3rd or fourth trip through the mail) next to a cooling fan. The fan was wrapped in bubble wrap that I would use for a much larger item, so it really didn't help any when the weak box was crushed in transit. Fortunately I only needed to CPU cooling fan and not the heatsink.
