    I Ordered the Wrong Dash Cam. I thought this was a Suction Mount and it wasn't. Contacted Redtiger. Great Communication. Was told to Return it when I received it. The same day, I Ordered the Correct Dash Cam I wanted from them. GREAT Communication again. I received the Wrong one today and Sending it Back. Great Company to deal with. Thank you.

    Packaged well. Communication was not the greatest. Two packages were shipped for "one" item, but the seller did not disclose this until the first package arrive and I inquired about something missing. Not the end of the world, but should've been communicated at time of shipping. Would buy from again.

    Though the item we purchased didn’t work properly, I don’t believe this was the fault of the seller. The item came new in original packaging. The value was very good…(we did our research beforehand). Because this was a gift and the item was defective, we decided to return it for a refund. Seller made the return process simple and efficient from start to finish, no questions asked. Seller is excellent with responses to any questions or concerns which was much appreciated! Thank you Red Tiger. 🙂

    Outstanding product and excellent seller! The dash cam arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It works flawlessly, and the video quality is truly impressive, both day and night. The included 32GB SD card was a thoughtful addition and made the setup process so much easier. Shipping was faster than expected, and the seller was very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend this dash cam and this reliable seller!

    First of all, I should mention that they provide great service. A brand I prefer for the first time. They gave both fast and reliable answers to my questions. When the wrong sd cart was sent, they went the way of sending the right one with a single message. You are great customer service and great brand. I guess I won't buy another Dashcam from this brand from now on. Thanks redtiger
