  There was a discrepancy in the order--I did not receive the product as advertised. However, once I informed the seller, actions were swiftly taken to remedy the issue. The seller has integrity and honesty; mistakes happen, and what happens afterward counts! I intend to purchase again from this vendor in the future.

  I purchased a used Swig tumbler. Purchase went well. Item was fairly priced, packaged well, and arrived quickly. The only complaint I have is that the lid of the tumbler has a chip on the top rim. The seller should have disclosed that in the item description. The listing images also did not depict the chip. The defect does not affect the use of the tumbler, but I was slightly disappointed in its condition.
