  Good quality in good condition. It was priced a full hundred dollars more than I could order it direct for but ordered it because the ad said in stock delivery in 2 to 4 days. Was planning a trip and counting on their word. It was 4 days before it shipped and actually delivered 6 days later and the seller did not reply to even one message asking for a status. Will probably not buy from this seller again.

  Two Fans, well packaged, even though the box was damaged. Tested both fans and installed one. Response to the order was quick and the ship time was reasonable. I would do business with this person again.

  The item shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the photos of the listing it showed the items as complete and without damage. When I received the item, it was missing one of the connectors. I checked the box, and the missing connector was not in the box. The damage must have happened between photographing the bus and packaging. I can make this work by salvaging one of the good connectors from my damaged bus bar and attaching it to this now-damaged bus bar.

  The item received was correct description but the picture is what they sent. They were very accommodating and I returned the one received and they are shipping me correct item. I would do business with them again
