  Item was well wrapped and delivered on time. The images represented the item accurately; the seller did show where the item was damaged and I could see this once the seller had pointed it out to me. The seller communicated swiftly and was very fair. They resolved my issue and I was very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this seller.   I am blown away by this doll. She is in excellent, clean and well cared for condition; exactly as stated in listing. She arrived well within delivery timescales and was very well packed for postal journey. She smells gorgeous - a fresh, clean smell which is bonus.
