  This seller was absolutely wonderful! I had a piece of tile arrive broken, even though he had packaged it wonderfully. He kindly sent me a replacement at no extra charge.   I feared whether the tile had survived the journey given how beat up the box was but this seller apparently anticpated the USPS acting like they were the gorillas in a Samsonite commercial and pummeling the boxes. He did a magnificent job of packaging the tile so that they arrived in perfect condition. Kudos to this stellar seller! I recommended his site to the tile guy who is doing my repair as I'm not the first person he's worked with who has needed discontinued tiles.

  Seller was FABULOUS! I needed a longer bar for this towel bar system than the one listed. I asked the seller if they had the longer one that I needed & they did. They happily & easily switched out the 2 pieces. Item was as described, fairly priced, was well packed & arrived quickly. It was exactly what I needed! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!

  I have an old bathroom I am trying to restore. The best place to find old matching tiles is E Bay. I bought this tile hoping it would match the brown tiles I have. It did not match, but that is on me. I know colors change on internet photos. This item arrived timely and was well packaged with no damage. Who could ask for more. This is a good seller!

  It’s been quite some time since I felt moved enough to leave a detailed review, least of all one of positivity. But I was so thoroughly impressed in my interactions with this seller, that I was inclined to do just that. Prompt & detailed was the communication; careful & considerate was the packaging and shipping, with fragile items cautiously-wrapped.
