I will start off by saying thank you for the extra padding. The package was very well insulated and secure to ensure safe and efficient processing, thank you. But the fact that it took a little over two weeks from purchase to finally postage, along with a support ticket through ebay itself, i sadly cannot personally recommend your store unless you plan to clean up your performance. I do thank you for finally giving me what I bought, but I will not shop at your store again.
