    The item received was exactly as described in the post. It was well packed. Lots of padding to protect the deck. The only negative was that the power cord wasn't inside with the deck. I reached out to the seller and we were able to come up with a solution to resolve this small issue. I found a power cord among my cords and wires, and he gave me a discount. The unit powered up with no problems and I was able to transfer my existing MiniDV tapes with no problems. Good seller. Good experience!

    Terrible customer service (really angry owner) seller sends a damaged/ broken when I tried to return, (I encounter very aggressive seller accusing me of exchanging parts total falsely) (when I still have the item with me), That I purchased the item at low price 200dlls ,He did not make money on it Over all terrible experience I will not recommend this seller at all. If you decide to buy from this seller, be prepared
