  We had an issue with Royal Mail (completely out of our control) and the parcel was sent back to seller due to an error with RM. Seller was brilliant, responded quickly to my messages and resent the parcel at no additional charge. My son loves the figures, parcel was packaged well, came as pictured and price was bang on.   Packaging was good. Item as described and as seen. Very pretty antique design cross stitch kit. What's not to like? Value for money was excellent for a Jane Greenoff, Inglestone collection design with pre sorted threads and linen fabric. And the seller offered me a 10% reduction. Very satisfied and looking forward to stitching it! Thank you.
