  As described arrived safe and intact and this was shipped promptly which is greatly appreciated. 50 bulbs for what I paid is a great value especially right now these bulbs are getting harder to find. The item was packaged well to prevent damage.

  The product has just arrived. The board was shipped upside down. I think you probably didn't ship it upside down from the beginning, but since it was shipped by eBay International Shipping, I think the person in charge at eBay sorted and checked it and repacked it upside down before shipping it.
