  Seller sent me a offer to buy at a discounted price that I accepted and paid by PayPal, then the shipping was to take place and the seller canceled the sale saying that my shipping address was incorrect a refund was given . the shipping address given has never been a problem in past orders or future orders that have been made. I wonder if the seller had regrets in offering a discounted price to me the got a better offer ,so be carefull of this seller offering you a discounted offer
