  I recently discovered Folio Society books and purchased a number of them from this site to add to my library of Easton Press books. I had a positive experience with each seller. They carefully wrapped the books in packing material to prevent damage during shipping. The books arrived in the condition described. I am looking forward to reading each and every one.   Item arrived as described. Seller took great care to ensure packaging was sufficient to protect hard covers in shipping. Greatly appreciate their flexibility with accepting my offers. Books condition, value and quality are all excellent. Seller assured cancelation and refund but had to contact back because they continued to process and NOT refund or cancel.

  I'm sorry, but there was no mention of a cancellation and refund. You were sent the five like new books at the prices we agreed to so this has got to be a mistake. Thanks and take care.

  I apologize. Per our messages I am adding a comment to clarify that everything pertaining to cancellation was not relevant to this order. The order was packaged with extreme care and the item arrived in impeccable condition. I greatly appreciate the care given and will definitely purchase again. Seller was great with communication and responded to offers and messages promptly.
