  My item was packed very well, it was super fast shipping, it was a great value because I really needed the part and found it very difficult to find.   Seller proactively reached out asking for make and model details to ensure proper fit. I paid a little extra for expedited shipping and it ended up shipping standard instead, but seller more than made up the cost difference. Package was temporarily lost by USPS, and seller reached out to them, got issue resolved. Product was packed well. Took a little convincing, but it did fit and looks like it will work well!

  Seller rectified a wrong item being shipped the first time with quick communication and shipping of the correct part. I still had to purchase the 2nd correct part, and ship back to seller, and wait for refund, and that was not ideal. But, was smooth transaction and happy with the communication and shipping was lighting fast.
