  The seller is absolutely wonderful. The item was packaged really well. Unfortunately fedex rough handled the package and destroyed the item. I notified the seller and he filed a claim with fedex. He told me even if his claim was denied he would make it right. I do not know if he was paid from fedex or not, But he refunded me the entire payment. He was friendly and cooperative throughout the process. When I sent him pictures of the damage, he answered my message and filed a claim within an hour.
