  This is the second robot we are buying from this seller. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Condition is as good as new. It was missing an item, but the seller was able to provide a feedback that they will be sending the missing item. Overall good value.

  Item arrived quickly and in like new condition. It works extremely well and our cat took right to it. I contacted their customer service regarding a missing item in the box as well as a price change and they quickly took care of both issues! I will be a PetKit customer for life!

  I received my pet kit backpack in good condition it looks just like the picture advertised. I do not know if all the features work because they do not include a power bank that is required for proper use so until I can find a battery for it I cannot say it is a good purchase. I have recommended that they should include the power bank but it hasn’t happened yet. I am not sure why they don’t unless they know about issues. I can update later but it arrived as described however it was late.
