    The item came 2 days early. Yeah! However, I had an issue with the keyboard not working correctly. The Seller responded very quickly & was ready to help either find a solution or help with a return. Either way, he was committed to make it right. With some guidance I was able to fix the issue. Awesome customer service. Quick to respond. Followed thru on every action he promised and in the time frame he promised as well. In a 5 star rating he would deserve a 10. He's earned my trust.

    Seller shipped quickly and plush arrived safely. It was packaged well and the plush was exactly as described. It is also in mint condition, still with the tags!
