  I have never dealt with a vendor that was so dedicated to the happiness and satisfaction of the people they serve. I ordered a hard to find part for my Jaguar from Mike. It arrived as expected. The only problem was I was unaware of the complete component that i needed. I contacted him and he went far beyond what would be expected from a seller to get me the completed part I needed. He dug through his personal inventory to find the missing part i needed, without charge. Exceptional human being

  Unfortunately the valve body gave me errors. I had to return the item. The seller was communicative from the beginning. He honored the return process as advertised and I received my refund on time. Sorry this did not work out I wish it would have.

  No sooner put this item in my car with all the transmission oil topped off. I got about 6 mile down the road before a new code in the transmission came up. Contacted this company to let them know and ask what I should do...they told me notging, that they would send a new one and that all components were tested before leaving their company . Have not received a new so I bought another from another company online. That one worked.

  Read my feedback, do we come off as a company that does not live up to there obligations to customers..The customer got nervous because they were past the return window and purchased another one from somewhere else. We kindly refunded there money in good faith realizing that was the fact..welcome to summer time..
