    Initially had a wrong item delivered but the manufacturer themselves admitted it was packaged wrong at the factory and they corrected the issue for the seller. And they told me this seller is an outstanding business and owner so I have to say I had a good transaction since the issue is fixed and it was never his fault

    Apologies for the Feedback delay. I am very happy with this purchase The item was as described, and n my opinion a good value for the money spent. Shipping was quick and sellers packaging stood up to the rough handling by shippers here in the Wild West. I would deal with this Ebay seller again. Thank you Tom

    Quality description and great communication. Packaging was a little lacking and carrier folded it into the mailbox but the book arrived undamaged fortunately. Recommend boxes for books but otherwise a great seller!

    The seller was awesome! Very good communication and helpful but the shipping was a nightmare. FedEx shipping is the worst. The seller did not pick the shipper. This was done by Nitrous Outlet. Took nearly 30 days & two orders to get the product. Nitrous Outlet shipped it requiring a signature which in itself was not a problem except if you at not at home you don’t get your package. FedEx refused to allow me to pick up the package. Had to have another order to a different address to get it.

    Received quickly-early two days! Packaged wonderfully-as requested. I think book had a slight ding on top of outer front cover BEFORE packaging, because the packaging of book was like a Russian nesting doll! Slipcover fine. Nothing major. All good! Started reading-love it. Would not hesitate to order from this company again. Impressed! Thanks!
