  Ordered this item for my truck. Wanted the red thread instead of the blue thread. Contacted the company and explained the issue. Unfortunately I don’t think they understood what I was trying to say. After some back and forth I told them that I would just get the right product somewhere else and they said that they were happy to hear that. So again problem not solved and they don’t care that their random color that ships automatically isn’t what I wanted. Product is good.
