It's been four days and they can't get it done. Seems extraordinarily simple to me but apparently not. Communication is very slow, doesn't appear that they read the emails that I am sending them, 4 so far requesting the label, no luck.

It was barely over a week from the time I sent it to UpFix until the day I received it back. The quality of packaging in sending it back to me was exceptional. And, of coarse, the repair was successful. I like that UpFix provides a phone number in case the customer has questions.

I sent a brand new PowerFlex 527 VFD to this seller for because it wouldn’t power on. I was told it would be evaluated, then quoted per based on findings. I then received a bill for almost $300. The part came back powered on, with a major, unrecoverable fault. I looked at the work and it is really bad. Burned ribbon cable, burned flux, burned connector housings, etc. Again, this was a brand new VFD. I would not recommend using this service.
