    Very fast, quick and safe packaging. Seller packaged the product efficently and got it in the mail in less than 24 hours. highly recommend, would purchase again from upcycleuniverse. happy to have the product in hand so fast, and a smooth ebay experience in 2025. Quality matched the description, Condition matched as well, Value was on point and we came to an agreed price.     My experience with the seller (communication, prompt packing/taking my hoodie to get mailed) was great. I only give 4 out of 5 stars on the shipping due to cost and the time it took to arrive...I would buy from this seller again:)

    Item was exactly as ordered. Shipping took 5 weeks, but that was the shipping company's fault, and 'not' the seller's fault. Seller communicated quickly and clearly.

    Due to rough and abusive package handling by UPS, the lower and upper of one shoe had separated, rendering it unusable. The package arrived wet with a surface temperature of 135℉; UPS does not A/C their cargo or their drivers. On the day of delivery it was 114℉ here. The package arrived at 4pm, so had been in the truck since morning; it's likely the heat had caused the shoe's glue to lose adhesion. Nonetheless, the seller issued an immediate refund. Honest, professional and reliable. A++++++++++

    Everything seemed to be well done, great old school made in USA quality, condition as described, shipping was quick, but most importantly it was very well packaged and wrapped in protective plastic and bubble wrap, just in case my moronic mailman leaves it in the rain.  AS THEY DID! Thank You
