  Booklet was shipped immediately and in a manner that insured it wouldn't be damaged. The seller was very transparent about the staples being rusted in the photos and description and even removed them from the book before shipping, which was highly appreciated. It turned into a fun restoration project as I inserted new staples and rebound it. Great transaction!

  Item was as described. Arrived in a timely manner. Cheaper than buying from a parts website. I would rather support small businesses. It was packaged very well. I think it had old rinse aid still in the part. So it was packed very well to keep the contents from leaking into the package. I installed it right away. And it fit my dishwasher. And has worked well
