  Excellent experience with this seller - I would not hesitate to buy from again. Shipped very quickly. Steinbach nutcrackers are extremely fragile and this seller carefully packed the item but there was some damage. Otherwise item came as described. Seller was very responsive to my reach out and made it right! Great value and would buy from in a heartbeat. This ebay seller should be commended and is an exemplary and stellar example of what sellers should strive to achieve!

  Shipping was timely, it was packaged securely and with care! As described the only thing that was confusing was in the description it said it's volume was a gallon however it's more the size of just under a half a gallon. However I am pleasantly surprised even with it being a tad smaller than I expected I am in love with it! Seller definitely had it priced right for it's size!   What a great seller! After placing my order, UnReal Deals reached out to me to offer a reduction of shipping costs if I didn't mind the shipment taking a little longer.   Due to no fault of the seller, 5 of the glasses arrived broken. I was so disappointed. The set was double boxed and wrapped well. Seller responded quickly when notified and issued a partial refund promptly. Wish seller had more because I would buy again from this seller. AAA Seller!!!

  Received item quickly, and it was packaged nicely and of good quality. The item was listed as a size Petite medium, and I didn't notice until after I had placed the order that the size tag on the jacket indicated M, rather than PM (for petite medium as listed). When I noticed the discrepancy, I contacted the seller, who responded quickly and was very apologetic for the mistake and offered a full refund, including return shipping, if it did not fit. Fortunately it fit--a win for both of us!
