  The items came well-packed, clean, and as described. Very few signs of previous use. Top notch. I would certainly buy again from this seller. The only additional feedback is to select a proper shipping option. I will not blame the seller for this. It took more than a month to receive the goods. Next time I will enquire for other options. Great buy!

  The part is great, but the level of Customer Service I received is absolutely astonishing. I purchased something similar from another vendor that didn't work, I contacted this vendor by mistake and was immediately offered a replacement and shipping label. A+ on Customer Service This product arrived exactly as specified and fully functional. The overall quality, condition and appearance of the part are all top notch. When looking for parts like this, there is no better value.

  While the item did not get shipped, it was communicated quickly and effectively that the switch they had in stock did not pass validation testing before sending. I appreciated this confirmation and was grateful to have things taken care of and communicated/refunded promptly so as not to create more of a headache with returning it. I will be looking forward to more of this customer service with future purchases.

  Item arrived in a timely manner. Item appeared used, as described. It’s a PCIe 2.0-x8 I believe and worked fine in both PCIe 2.1/PCIe 4.0 slots. Upon testing the item showed as 6-port NIC on Ubuntu LTS 24.04. Found no issues. Transaction was solid with no hiccups on this item. Actually received two, seller advised to keep erroneously sent part. Payed forward that part to an associate in a different state. This item will Solid NIC, very solid seller with stellar communications once initiated.
