  It was very easy to use the hard drive caddy and it connected to my computer straight away. The item was new, as described. I had a problem with the device, but the seller responded quickly to my question and resolved the problem efficiently. Great customer service. Thank you.

  No 'UPDATES' given on my 'DELAYED DELIVERY' expected today....'CLICK & COLLECT' ARGOS STORE (Local).. Sent 'MESSAGES' to SELLER, who has refused to reply to my 'MESSAGES'.......Communications with this 'SELLER' is Horrendous, any 'DELIVERY/PROBLEMS' issues 'SELLER' not interested, takes your money and then appears to go of GRID. Avoid like the plaque.
