    I have been an eBay for over decade and this has been my BEST experience by far. The seller was extremely helpful and communicative. Packaging is the best I have ever seen. No stone was left unturned in ensuring that the turntable would arrive in the same condition as it was from the sender. Shipping only took a couple of days which is fantastic for intercontinental shipping. Moreover, the item was exactly as described and works perfectly. Thank you grace unisound!

    The best purchasing experience I’ve ever had on eBay. The item was packed with an extraordinary amount of care and detail. They took no chances on the item being damaged. The item was shipped faster than I have ever seen. It was exactly as described and they communicated the status of the order at every step. But with confidence. Would recommend this seller 11/10.     Although the turntable arrived with damage that was not shown in the photos, the seller handled the situation professionally, and we reached a fair agreement. They never left me alone and always maintained the best attitude. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely. Highly recommended. This won’t be the last turntable I purchase from them.     WOW!! I gotta say that the customer service, shipping and receiving my keyboard was a 5 star experience. The seller responded to every message I had before and after my purchase. I was skeptical at first but he did have a lot of positive reviews and now I'm leaving mine. The packaging on my Yamaha DX7 was the BEST packaging I have ever seen. They knew exactly how important and valuable this keyboard is. They package everything inside and out! You earned my trust and my recommendation! Thank you!

    Very impressed with the packing of the turntable. Arrived exactly as described, in very good condition. Also impressed with DHL's shipping. Left Japan and was delivered to the West Coast the next day! This seller is trustworthy and provides a very favorable experience. Two thumbs up.
