    I have yet to see this item but I wanted to record this firm's outstanding service. I mucked up the delivery address but the seller was excellent in resupplying and in communicating. I offered to pay for the wasted postage but they refused. One of two orders I made at the same time and both sellers were fantastic.

    The quality and appearance of this fleece cardigan dressing gown is lovely, with nice thick fleece, soft and cosy. My item was delivered quickly and packed well. Unfortunately the seam hadn't been sewn on the front panel so there was a hole. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. I received a partial refund. I am going to sew it up myself. I am happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.
