  Wrong style Laundry Basket received. Contacted seller and they responded very promptly offering a 50% part refund and to keep the Laundry Basket. Which I did to save us both hassle in returning etc. Refund arrived into my account within 48 hours. Fabulous Customer Service and quality product ❤️

  High quality product and received well before estimated delivery time, however it did not look like the photo so doesn't match my furniture. Seller has kindly agreed to free return but awaiting the correct label to do so.

  It took a while for delivery from the date of the order, although delivery was expected in a few days. I sent message to the supplier saying I'd not yet received the goods and before I received a reply (it was over the weekend) the item arrived! I am happy with the product, delivery a bit slow, something maybe the supplier should take up with whom they organised the despatch company with?
