Combinando antiche tradizioni con tecnologia avanzata. Nel 1906 nostro nonno Donato Ramella emigrò negli Stati Uniti dall'Italia alla ricerca del sogno americano. Nel 1937, insieme a due soci, Donato fondò la U.J. Ramelson Company. UJ. Ramelson si è rapidamente affermata come leader negli strumenti americani di intaglio fatti a mano di qualità. La tradizione di eccellenza della famiglia continua con i proprietari di terza generazione John e Dan Ramella. Mescolando antiche tradizioni, con tecnologie avanzate, i nostri utensili sono forgiati a mano, trattati termicamente e temperati dai nostri esperti artigiani. Oggi, Ramelson non è solo un produttore, ma anche un distributore di molti strumenti e forniture di pregio.

    I ordered a burnisher and it came over with a damaged tip. I sent the company an email on Thursday and received a reply from the company president the next morning. He apologized and wrote he sent out a replacement to be picked up in the afternoon. Mistakes can happen but great customer service is harder to find. Trust this company, they are as good as their words.

    Not protected for shipping overseas very well, the Domed hand was broken on arrival, but It’s not something that I would lower my overall experience of this seller or their site, as I see it as an easy 2min fix. Good price & fast shipping. Seller’s Description I’m happy with just a shame the couriers miss hanging of package.
