    Would recommend this seller, ordered magnetic knife holder, delivered on time but found to be damaged upon opening, returned my message even though it was weekend and agreed to send replacement, item arrived in 2 days. Very pleased with product and communication, would not hesitate to use again

    Sent the wrong colour, after lots of asking for right colour they said I could keep the wrong colour for £8 and sometimes the colour is wrong and can’t guarantee it. They haven’t refunded any money and when I ask if it is going through they say they are going to check. I have also asked to buy another one in the right colour but still waiting, for answer. Terrible response and service, still have a mat in wrong colour and not happy.

    Love these door mats, some of the red mats do vary in colour, but lucky to get this the same colour as our other one. nicely packaged, arrived quickly and good value for money, great seller this is the second time I have bought mats, so highly recommended
