  High quality, new, good value, great look...BUT: USPS FAILED. You responded to my inquiry. They recieved the item 20 days ago, and sent it all over Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and FAILED to provide accurate tracking data claiming weather at one point. I called them, they offered NO HELP. Not my first rodeo with therm, one other package from Florida that ended up in Austin and even made Tucson before they turned it around, still took 16 days for a 1,000 mile trip. No wonder they are going broke.

  Everything was great about the order, and there was a link to a website to track its shipping progress. It even arrived but the first date in the estimated range of delivery time.
