    love this item. quality, condition and appearance are all amazing and the shoes are just as seen in the photos. value was good. seller accepted my offer almost immediately after i sent it and i was very surprised. shipping and delivery time was not bad. my only complaint is that when the shoes arrived, the only thing in between them and the box they were shipped in, was a plastic grocery bag. so not much protection inside the box but thankfully they still arrived in good condition. good seller

    The sleigh is in perfect condition just as described. The seller packaged the item with care and shipped it quickly. This was a great value for the money. I would highly recommend this seller to other buyers. I appreciate the wonderful experience from start to finish.

    Item was offered at a great price & shipped fast in the original box & packing material. Likely due to old glue (& USPS handling), back separated from front during shipment, but was easy to fix. My only complaint was the chimney was broken and the piece was in a baggie at the bottom of the box - more complicated to fix. I was not familiar with this piece, so I did not notice the broken chimney in the picture. Would have appreciated a note in description/picture. Otherwise, good transaction.
