Excellent value; looks new because it is new. Packed in original box wrapped with plastic and placed in (bonus!) nylon saddle bag within shipping envelope.   This is a great Ebay seller! I ordered this part by mistake because I didn't read his totally accurate description carefully enough. I discovered my error (the only mistake I ever made on an Ebay purchase!) and contacted him before the item shipped. He answered instantly and in just a few minutes I had the refund. Communication was perfect like the guy was right here in person. "Two Ox and a Rooster" stands behind what he sells! A+ transaction all around even though it was my mistake.

  The seller is very responsive and the item was exactly as described. The seller shipped the item right away, but something happened with the USPS, and the item took a long time to get to me. When I contacted the seller about this, they immediately looked it to it. They worked with me to make sure I got what I needed, even though it was the USPS at fault and not them. I received the item, and we I'm very happy with it. I greatly appreciated the customer support and thoughtfulness of this seller!
