    bought 1st item off this seller says he tried it before shipping and they said it was was broke so never arrived, he said for me to chose another item, but all other items were a lot more expensive, eventually bought another item off this seller...item this time arrived very quickly and everything worked as described....even had 50% off....so in the end everything ok

    I’m sorry for the disappointment. When I tested the original TV/DVD before dispatch, I found the DVD part was faulty and couldn’t repair it. Rather than send something not working as described, I contacted the buyer straight away and offered a 50% discount on any other item. The buyer then purchased another TV from me (which I’m not sure if she realised), which I shipped promptly. I always aim to be transparent and ensure customers receive working items.

    Packed well and very tightly so the console wouldn't bounce around. Arrived and works and described! Also texted the seller if they could packed it well since dpd here always ruins my parcels and they responded right away so nice communication!
