  I received the new cylinder. To prevent a delay in shipping, the seller had it sent directly from the manufacturer and it arrived quickly. It was well packed and exactly as described.

  Item was just as described. Shipping was considerably delayed due to ice storms in the east, no update was given, I had to keep emailing to ask the status of my $1750+ order. I'd have expected shipping updates once the package did not ship on time, but none were given.

  I'm only giving 4 starts for shipping and communication as I had to contact the seller to ask about receiving my item as I had not received any tracking info in about two weeks after purchase. However, after contacting the seller, I immediately received a call and they promptly shipped out my item.
