  The product delivered was high quality, new, great value, great appearance, but fulfillment was not as expected. The eBay sellers description says “Package Included: - [ ] 1/2PCS RFID Blocking Bag” yet, only one piece was included in the package received. I contacted seller, and seller replied “there is a package selection button when making a purchase, where you can choose the color of the product you need. One must choose two different colors, to get two pieces. Description did not say that.

  Very pleased and satisfied with this transaction and Seller. Actually USPS claimed to deliver my item when they did not. Seller responded to my inquiry immediately and worked to resolve the issue. I received a full refund even though Seller is not responsible for USPS mistakes. Great customer service! Seller is now on my Favorites List and I wish I could give a 10 star rating.

  Awesome seller, When USPS lost my package the seller contacted them to check on it and resolved the problem of the package being in limbo . Also these strap locks work great , look great and are a super good value. These are good people that took care of me and I highly recommend dealing with them . Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!! AAA+++
