I purchased this Guitar and it was shipped out on September 7th and I received it on September 12th. Wow unbelievable all the way from Japan to Belleville Canada. Excellent seller highly recommended and excellent product. Tom is the best. Thanks very much

Generally positiv, quick delivery, well packaged - so everything good. BUT it wasn the guitar I ordered. I mesn it was the same model but I picked a specific serial number (I wanted the lighter of the two) and got an other (heavier) guitar. I Got no answer, after letting them know. As i live in europe and the guitar sounds and plays great I will keep it anyways but I still need to write this here.. Thanks anyways
