  i had personal / second thoughts after arrival. and the seller did everything to help me out. a fair amount of patience came from him. we worked it out through quick, clear and ongoing sympathetic communication. the instrument was not to my personal favour but good in itself and as described. well packed. shipped quickly and travelled two weeks with ems. ems a little difficult as return company from europe. settled with a partial refund. thank you very much jo. i wish you all the best.

  Excellent experience with this seller,great communication and follow up, guitar arrived in 6 days from Japan to the west coast of Canada very fast shipping,guitar was unbelievably packaged, I have ordered several guitars online but have never seen such care taken in the protection of the instrument.Product was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier A+++ Seller I Highly recommend

  The item was delivered way before estimated delivery time, so well done there. The packaging was superb, the guitar was wrapped inside the case, the case was bubble wrapped and the whole thing was tightly and beautifully boxed. The guitar as far as the pics my mum sent me go, is exactly as described. I can't wait to get home to give it a play. The guitar is far better value for a '69 thinline tha I expected, and so overall I'm over the moon with it..

  Everything was more than perfect, the guitar looks even better than on photos. And sounds and feels amazing. Jo is an amazing seller, communication was perfect, delivery fast, packing perfect, even a personal touch gift, I would highly recommend and if I ever buy another guitar it will be from Jo.   La guitarra estaba exactamente como aparecía en las fotos. Se nota que la han cuidado mucho ( debe tener más de 30 años) y los golpecitos que tiene son de algun pequeño accidente pero ya se veia en el anuncio. Funciona perfectamente y suena muy bien. Muy bien embalada para protejerla durante el viaje. Llegó muy rápido además. Vendedor recomendable 100%
