  seller claimed item as new, in listing states does not come with original box. upon receiving this item, box was packed with an empty egg carton, and the holster and strap were missing. contacted seller and setup return. seller then proceeded to tell me its my fault for not reading the listing and item was new when in fact it is not new. this seller is a JOKE! going through dispute process with ebay. seller refused to accept return when i did not even open the box from its bag and egg carton.
